Franchises.ph operates as a digital marketplace, listing directory, and lead generation ecosystem that connects prospective franchise investors with independent third-party franchise brands and manufacturers. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our Platform.
All franchise listings, brand materials, promotional images, buy-in package descriptions, financial figures, profit margins, estimated return on investment (ROI) timelines, and corporate disclosures published on the Platform are supplied directly by the respective third-party franchisor companies ("Franchise Companies").
Franchises.ph does not independently audit, verify, endorse, substantiate, or warrant the truthfulness, precision, completeness, or legality of any statements or representations made by listed Franchise Companies. The presence of a brand on Franchises.ph does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or vetting by Franchises.ph.
Franchises.ph provides no guarantees, assurances, or promises regarding commercial success, revenue, customer volume, profitability, or business viability.
Investing in any business or franchise opportunity carries substantial financial risk, including the potential loss of your entire monetary investment. Historical financial performance of a franchise concept is not indicative of future results. Success depends on various uncontrollable factors, including market conditions, location selection, execution, and local economic environments.
Franchises.ph is not a certified financial advisory firm, legal counsel, or registered broker. Information provided on the Platform is for general informational and directory purposes only and must never be interpreted as professional financial, accounting, or legal advice.
You are strictly advised and required to conduct your own comprehensive, independent legal, accounting, and financial due diligence with certified professionals (such as attorneys and CPAs) before executing any franchise agreement, transferring reservation fees, or signing commercial contracts with any Franchise Company.
Any contract, monetary transfer, franchise agreement, or commercial interaction initiated between you and a Franchise Company listed on the Platform is conducted solely between you and that Franchise Company.
Franchises.ph is not a party to any contract between franchisors and franchisees. In the event of a dispute, breach of contract, misrepresentation, equipment failure, supplier delay, or financial insolvency involving a Franchise Company, you hereby irrevocably release Franchises.ph, its parent entity (Generative Intellectual), officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, and legal actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Franchises.ph, Generative Intellectual, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of capital, profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on third-party content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Franchises.ph and its officers against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or your dealings with listed Franchise Companies.
All platform branding, code, design elements, and original content are the exclusive property of Franchises.ph and Generative Intellectual. Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform remain the intellectual property of their respective corporate owners and are utilized strictly for identification and directory display purposes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
